I’m a certified and licensed advanced manicurist. I specialize in natural nails and Premium Soft Gel. I’m certified by Aprés Gel-X and Luminary Nail Systems. FAQ What are the differences between a private nail studio and a standard walk-in salon? 1. A Superior Experience - We dedicate to providing an elevated level of service and preserving the health of your nails regardless of service type. 2. No-rush Service - We geared towards results over speed. Expect longer visit than your standard walk-in salon. 3. Client Education - Focus on providing clients with information about the procedures and products being used, proper aftercare, and appropriate maintenance schedules. What are Premium Soft Gels? Premium Soft Gels are typically high resin formula which means high oligomer content, low monomer content, also solvent-free. At M.U.S.E studio, we mostly use high quality Japanese potted soft gels which are true gels. Their gel colors are highly pigmented which can be applied in one coat for a full coverage. Their gel bases are made with specialized formula, no bonder or primer needed. What is Aprés Gel-X Extension? Gel-X is the world’s first full coverage, soft gel nail extension system that was created by Aprés. Gel-X Tips and Extended Gel are manufactured from their signature patented soft gel formulas that provide long lasting durable hold while never sacrificing its convenient soak-off capabilities. Aprés Gel-X tips come in 5 signature shapes: Round, Almond, Square, Coffin, Stiletto and offered in a wide variety of lengths and sizes. They are also the only brand to offer two different styles: Natural and Sculpted that are perfect to best fit your nail bed. Who is recommended for Aprés Gel-X service? Aprés Gel-X is suitable for those who want to grow out your nail beds, bitten nails, brittle nails, and for those who have allergies with acrylic systems.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TERMS OF SERVICE AND POLICY By booking your service with us, you agree that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions described below (the “Terms of Service”) and you agree to be bound by these Term of Service and all terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated in the Terms of Service. 1. CANCELLATION | APPOINTMENT POLICY We require a 48 hours cancellation/reschedule notice for all appointments to avoid a penalty, so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients that are on the waitlist - this policy also applies to service modifications. Those who do not show for their scheduled appointment or cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the full-service price booked, charged to the card on file. This service fee must be paid before being able to rebook your next appointment. If you are unwell, have any symptoms of cold, flu, Covid-19 or other illnesses, you will need to reschedule. If your symptoms develop in less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. If symptoms are present when you arrive, your appointment will be canceled and the service fee will be charged. Please keep everyone healthy! If you have 2 occurrences of less than 48 hours cancellation notice, a non-refundable deposit of 50% service fee will be required to rebook. Deposits will be applied towards the service. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appoinment you risk having your appointment time reduced. If your time is reduced, you still owe for the entire appointment as booked. For those too late for us to perform any services, you will still be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service(s). All appointments are required to book at least 24 hours in advance. If you can not find an appointment that fits your schedule, you can sign up for the waitlist at the date and time that you want. You will get a notification when it is available. You will only be able to schedule your appointments for 45 days in advance. 2. PAYMENT OPTIONS All appointments are reserved with a credit card. Cash and card are accepted forms of payment. 3. GRATUITY Gratuity can be placed on cards. However, Cash and payment apps (Venmo, Zelle) gratuity are greatly appreciated and go directly to your service provider. 4. HEALTH CONDITIONS Your health and safety are our top priority. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries you have on your customer intake form prior to your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if the nail technician believes there is a risk of fungal or bacterial infection and other diseases. 5. SANITATION Sanitation and sterilization methods are according to the guidelines by the EPA and Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board. Your safety is our highest priority. 6. KID POLICY We love children and care about their safety. As a consideration to your children’s safety, we kindly request you refrain from bringing children to the studio. We also aim to provide a serene environment for our clients (as well as other salon’s clients) to relax and enjoy the visit. 7. OTHERS M.U.S.E Studio does not perform foreign rebalances/ fills (works from another salon/ nail tech). All add-on M.U.S.E’s work removal are an extra $10 for Aprés Gel-X, Luminary gel, gel overlay). Gel polish removal is complimentary if the service was applied by me and will be re-applied. All foreign removal are an extra $5, and $20 for anything other than just gel polish (dip, polygel, hard gel, acrylic, etc.). For all removal services, our nail technician will decide if it will be either a soak-off removal or a soak free removal method. M.U.S.E Studio will not apply nail enhancements on clients under the age of 16. 8. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY In the case of inclement weather, we closely monitor conditions and recommendations by the National Weather Service. The studio will close based on local authority recommendations. Guests will never be charged in the case of studio closures. If M.U.S.E Studio remain open as normal, our cancellation policy remains in place. 9. REFUND POLICY We do not offer refund on any completed services or products. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will either fix it or provide free removal. GUARANTEE OF SERVICES M.U.S.E will repair issues or product break down free of charge based on the service type of the following time periods: • Structured Gel Overlay: 7 days*. • Aprés Gel-X: 7 days*. • Gel Polish: 3 days*. Any nail fix outside of time frame list above by type of service incurs an additional charge as follows: • Luminary Gel | Gel Overlay: $8/nail. • Aprés Gel-X Nail: $8/nail. • Gel Polish: $3/nail. If you have more than 3 nails need to be fixed, we would recommend you booking a new service. (*) In the case of excessive breakdown from undue care or obvious forced removal of the product, it will be up to the discretion of the technician whether the guarantee of services can be honored. Other facts, such as lifestyle, hobbies and field of employment can significantly impact the longevity of the nail service.
